Services
Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for custom software, AI, and SaaS engagements are defined in a separate signed agreement or statement of work between Akzeeva and the client.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property for custom client work transfers to the client upon full payment.Akzeeva's proprietary products, including ResearchPlatform, and any underlying frameworks or tooling, remain the property of Akzeeva.
Partnership & Referral Terms
Referral commissions for partners are governed by a separate partnership agreement outlining commission rates, payment terms, and eligibility, issued upon acceptance into the partnership program.
Limitation of Liability
Akzeeva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
